During Marty’s career he served as a Chief Financial Officer within a major Aerospace and Defense company for over twenty years. Following that service, the Lord provided Marty an opportunity at a Big 4 accounting firm as a senior partner to develop and grow a global manufacturing consulting practice across aerospace, automobile, transportation, ship building, and medical equipment industries.

Following his career, Marty served as both a board member and interim CEO of a ministry in Uganda serving the needs of orphans, poverty, and food scarcity through the development of an orphanage, medical clinic, food relief programs, employment skills development, bible schools focused on pastor education, and church planting.

Marty came to faith midlife and after full surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ, became a changed man and totally transformed and committed to a lifestyle of serving as a disciple making disciple. Marty has a passion for seeing people radically transformed in the image and lifestyle of Jesus Christ and has pursued that vision across the globe since his conversion.

Marty is gratefully devoted to his wife, their two children and their spouses, and their two grandchildren.

Marty’s favorite verses are 2 Corinthians 5:11-21 in which we receive the Gospel, a new life, a new destination, a new identity, a new position, and a new ministry and purpose.
